FAQ

Q1: How many days you need to install the equipment?

A: It will take approximately 8 working days, as after the installation, trial production and machine testing are required. Engineers will adjust the specific plan according to the on-site conditions.

Q2: How many staff abroad you sent to install the equipment?

A: Generally, two people are required: One is an electrical engineer and the other is a technician. These two need to adjust the parameters according to the local climate and actual conditions.

Q3: Can I delivery the goods from other supplier to your factory? Then load together?

A: Yes, that's okay. As long as the volume is not too large, we are happy to help.

Q4: Can the equipment be installed under hot weather?

A: Yes, our products can be used in extremely hot environments for a long time, and this weather will not affect the installation.

Q5: Can your products be installed under the cold weather?

A: Yes, our products can be used in extremely cold environments for a long time, and this weather will not affect the installation.

Q6: Do you have office in Shanghai or Guangzhou that i can visit?

A: No at the moment, but we have offices and factories in Zhejiang and Guangdong. You are welcome to come and visit any time.

Q7: Can you send your staffs to install the equipment for us?

A: For China inland factories,Yes, because our employees have a better understanding of the company's products and the extrusion production process. but for abroad buyers, we can provide tech guidance and tranning for the machines in our factory.

Q8: Can I only buy some spare parts from you?

A: Yes, no problem. As long as the products is our prodcution range.

Q9: Will you will attend the fair to show your products?

A: Yes. We will have four different booths at domestic exhibitions. There will also be some exhibitions in China. For example, in 2025, we will participate in four domestic exhibitions and one foreign exhibition(MIDDLE EAST LIGHTING EXPO in Egypt). Our company is quite powerful and ranks among the top three in the industry.
